Wendy Schwingel – MCR, CCIM
Founder and Principal
As the founder of PROPEL Real Estate Resources, Wendy brings breadth and depth of real estate and facilities administration expertise developed during her 25+ years as a progressive and energetic leader within Fortune 500 multinational companies. Her corporate real estate experience includes driving strategy for large portfolios, negotiating complex transactions on a global scale, and completing five headquarters relocation projects including one with a LEED Gold designation.
Noted for a keen ability to identify solutions before others see problems, Wendy delivers experience and outcomes which inspire confidence, and is noted for finesse in influencing stakeholders, building consensus, and driving change while serving as an ethical business partner and advisor.
Wendy has proficiency in all aspects of portfolio management and workplace strategy including M&A due diligence and integration, capital and operating budgeting, sourcing and managing outside service providers, workplace strategy, LEED and Title 24 projects, program and project management, etc.
With a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors degree from the University of Redlands (CA), Wendy holds real estate broker licenses in New York and Arizona. She has also earned industry designations including a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet Global, a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the CCIM Institute, and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC.
Additional notable programs completed include: Harvard University’s Negotiation Seminar for Senior Executives and Construction Management Certificate – Arizona State University, Del E. Webb School of Construction.
